
Okay, now here's the month of August in review. I'm get tired just thinking about it. But on the good side, I am progressing right along.
Here's the totals....(drum roll please) ...
Bike Miles--350 miles
Running Miles--35.50 miles
Swim Miles-- 2.75 miles
The maximum length of each in one training....
Running--7.5 Miles; need to work up to 13 miles
Swimming-- .75 miles; need to work up to 1.2 miles
And I still have about a month to work up to these, and I'm getting more tired just thinking about it right now. Course, its a slow Friday afternoon at the office and this day has been just dragging. I'm watching the clock, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Oh, the waiting game!
But the training will continue on, and this "adventure" that I call life goes on. I'm doing a great deal of learning on the way, and at the back of my mind... I think," Gee, maybe I bit off more than I could chew?" Well, Sept. 26th will determine that answer, and until then I'll keep at it!
