I feel like I'm standing on the scale for no reason what so ever some days. It's like why am I putting myself through this?!?? <br />Now as far as running 10 miles... It has been a journey that started back in June. I started with barely running a 1/2 mile and that killed me. Slowly and surely I've built up to where a couple of weeks ago I manage 7.4 miles.
