I would like to say that the St. Paddy's Day luck held out till this morning, and well-- IT DID! BUT it wasn't just luck that made that scale say that I was down 2 lbs. this morning. It has been all of the calorie counting and working out that has made this happen. A lot of work goes into just losing 2 lbs.!! This week alone I've run 8.10 miles on the treadmill, put in 100 minutes on the elliptical, and biked 40.25 miles. Whew! I'm tired just typing it.
